Approx. 80% Lamb Meat (including Heart), 10% Ground Lamb Bone, 5% Lamb Liver and 5% Other Lamb Organs (Kidney, Spleen) per 5lb tube. Medium Ground. Note: Bones are .5cm or less in size.     Good protein
